STATIONARY FACILITIES FOR PENETRANT TESTING
Stationary devices for fluorescent penetrant testing comply with the specifications of main global standards: MIL-I25135E, MIL STD 6866, AMS 2644, EN ISO 3452. All components meet the European requirements for health, safety and ergonomics.
The inspection systems are basically made of stainless steel and equipped with high performance tools for functional control. The devices are designed and manufactured according to customers’ requirements specifications with regard to specific inspection tasks and test objects.
Main stages of processing:
1. Pre-clean
2. Wash
3. Dry to Т = 100 °C
4. Cool to T = 40 °С
5. Dip in a tank with penetrant
6. Water wash
7. Dip in a tank with emulsifier
8. Post water wash
9. Dry at Т=60 °C
10. Electrostatic developer application
11. Surface inspection under UV irradiation
