CELMO Reagent Molybdenum for AISI 304 vs 316
The CELMO Reagent were developed to differentiate AISI 316 from 304 with only one reagent, in one step. By applying a single drop of CELMO to the (previously cleaned) surface, after 1-5 minutes the surface will turn brown in the case of AISI316, otherwise the steel is AISI304. A single kit is enough for over 350 tests.
