The system is designed for testing cylindrical parts and pipes (on the roller guide), as well as for testing rectangular or irregularly shaped parts (on the grid guide), using the existing manual magnetization device. The test bench consists of a base frame welded and painted with three welded transverse blocks to receive the pairs of rollers or the grids of the parts; a drop collection tray with drain tap; a switch; a hydraulic unit and two ZERO 400/3 UV lamps with swivel arms. For power supply, 2 x 230V sockets are available, as well as for connecting magnetization systems. The transverse blocks are provided with grooves at adjustable distances, for different rolls of the test pieces. They consist of 6 ball rollers (5 support rollers + 1 unit roll) mounted on support plates for transverse displacement, and the clamping is made on the block itself by means of fixing clips. The drive roller is equipped with hydraulic actuation adjustable by the pedal or the optional button. After removing all six rollers, a flat surface is created, then if necessary, the existing grid can be mounted.
