The advantages of this innovative system
Coating thickness measurement is one of the most important aspects regarding car evaluation, damage detection and quality control. In close collaboration with car experts, we have developed a sophisticated testing system to meet the real measurement and documentation requirements. The world-new CarCheck System PLUS, an upgrade to the CarCheck system, now allows users to freely configure their measuring task for a car. This distinctive feature allows them to define the personal measurement process using the software, freely setting the auto parts to be measured and the number of measurements for each part. The measuring device then guides the user through the entire measuring task, based on this definition. Create a detailed measurement report, incorporating original photos (or standard graphics) after the measurement is complete. These measurement reports based on images and data help the experts in their work, saving time and money and meeting the current expectations of high quality professional expertise, which successfully pass the test of difficult cases before the court.CarCheck System PLUS includes the CarCheck measuring instrument with the measuring probe and the CarCheck software, which allows measurement analysis and complete documentation.

 

Coating thickness measurement

The CarCheck System PLUS measures the total thickness of the coating on each base material. It performs measurements of non-magnetic coatings, such as paint, chromium or zinc on steel or iron (Fe) base material, as well as electrically insulating coatings, such as paint or Eloxal on non-ferromagnetic base material (NFe). ), such as aluminum or zinc. The base material - if known - can either be set to a fixed measurement mode, or automatically determined by the probe itself.

Communication Between the gauge and PC
A USB wireless adapter provides two-way communication between the device and the computer.
• Instead of creating the measuring task with the machine, use the convenient computer software. After entering the parameters, simply send the information from the PC to the device, by pressing a button.
• All measurements recorded for different parts (such as wing or engine hood) are stored in the machine and transmitted to the CarCheck software for documentation and analysis, using the supplied USB wireless adapter. Here the original photograph of the measuring machine is incorporated in the measurement report.

Working with Operations
An operation is the complete measurement of a car. You can store measurement data for up to 10 operations at a time. The device can store test area measurements with arbitrary names. This allows users to name a test area "Engine Hood", for example, to associate sorted measurements within that component type with the particular part.
Using its internal clock with calendar, the machine saves the date and time with each measurement. Traceability and transparency regarding customers, increase the value of documenting the measurement results.
