The steel housing of the lamp integrates all electrical components like starting controller, follow-up relay, ammeter, operating time meter, mains switch, protective devices, temperature monitoring device with display, ventilator, connector block and aluminum case for UV radiant (400 W). The Oilflex 540 P is used for the main power supply.
The ZERO 400 IP 54 lamp is equipped with a UV-B long-pass filter which cuts off the emission of UV-B and UV-C, protects the bandpass filter and limits the glass surface temperature to 80 °C. The lamp can be switched between two levels of UV irradiation intensity and thereby two risk classes.
